At XMA Skin Therapy we make ordering simple. You can order with us online, mail, fax or by phone and we accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Deposit. How does XMA Skin Therapy make credit card transactions safe?
We use a Paypal for all our online credit card processing, which uses a secure server with the latest 128 bit encryption technology installed. Any sensitive information sent from your secure browser to XMA Skin Therapy uses SSL encryption technology. This scrambles the information and prevents others from looking at it. What is a secure browser?
Browsers that support the SSL encryption technology are called secure browsers. What is a secure server?

Why do I get security warning messages?

Can't I just e-mail my order to you?

For your security, we HIGHLY reccomend that you NEVER email us, or any other merchant your credit card information. We also HIGHLY reccomend that you never enter your credit card information onto a website that does not have a SECURE SERVER, while you are running a secure browser.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are generally processed within 24 hours before it ships by Autralia Post Express Post within Australia and Air Mail to New Zealand and depending on your shipping address,will usually arrive within 3 days in Australia and 7 days in New Zealand.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our eczema treatment products are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane.
Do you offer faster delivery than usual?
Yes! If you need expedited delivery please send an email with your postage address, the item(s) you are interested in and size (if applicable) and the time frame you need to receive them to info@xma.com.au . We will check stock and email you a postage quote along with ordering options.
What if the item is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. Items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse, but normally you will only have to wait a few days. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at info@xma.com.au . Please include the item name in your email.
